Browser Storage
The supplied craft website is static. Its own scripts do not set cookies or save persistent preferences.
What the website code uses
The pages use standard HTML, a local stylesheet and a local JavaScript file. There are no advertising cookies, analytics scripts, embedded social widgets or third-party font requests in the supplied code. The navigation and scroll effects operate without storing a visitor profile.
The site’s scripts do not read or write cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage. The contact draft is held in the current page only. This describes the website files provided here; browser features and hosting infrastructure are separate from page-script behaviour.
Cookies are not the same as cache
A cookie is a small value associated with a website that may be sent with later requests. Browser localStorage and sessionStorage are separate mechanisms that scripts can use to keep values. This website’s own scripts do not use those mechanisms.
A browser may still cache HTML, images, CSS and JavaScript to load a page efficiently. Cache is not an advertising preference or a stored contact message. Hosting systems may also use technical mechanisms not controlled by the static page files. No specific hosting cookie is asserted in this notice.
| Mechanism | Use in supplied files | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| Cookies | Not set by page code | Hosting-level behaviour is separate |
| localStorage / sessionStorage | Not used | No saved draft or preference |
| In-page memory | Navigation and message draft | Not designed to survive leaving the page |
| Browser cache | Managed by your browser | May retain downloaded site assets |
| Clipboard and text file | Only after your chosen action | Copies remain under your device’s control |
Your draft and device
Creating a draft does not transmit it. Copying places the text on your clipboard if the browser allows it. Downloading creates a file locally. Neither is a cookie, and clearing website cookies does not necessarily remove a downloaded file or your clipboard contents.
Your browser may restore form fields or previous tabs using its own session-recovery features. If you use a shared device, close the page and remove any copied or downloaded material you do not want another user to access.
Managing browser information
Most browsers provide controls to inspect or remove cookies and site data, clear cache and restrict storage. The exact menus differ by browser and device. Blocking all cookies should not prevent the supplied craft guides or drafting script from working, although disabling JavaScript disables the drafting tool.
For browser-specific guidance, consult Mozilla’s Firefox support instructions or your browser’s official help. Your device settings may separately manage clipboard history and downloaded files.
External links and questions
When you open an external reference, that website may set its own cookies or use other storage. Its notice applies there. This site does not control those practices.
For information about page requests and email correspondence, read Your Data. Questions can be sent to [email protected]. This notice should be updated if storage-dependent features are added.
